PIB (Penguins In Black)

Theses are the rules to follow when you are a PIB and how to be a PIB

You must be at least 45 days old

Dingo320 and Surfer 813 are in charge

Do what Dingo320 and Surfer 813 say

You must be able to dress like on one these pictures

 You can use a boutie instead of a neck tie if you dont have one.

 Any colored belt (better yet ninja outfit)
